Abstract:

Modern development of options of ensuring competitiveness of the enterprise demands the corresponding algorithm of management as the main factor providing efficiency of activity of the enterprise on the basis of a combination of scenario approach and imitating model to use of probabilistic characteristics of indicators. Creation of model is provided by the technology of stochastic approach based on Monte´s method – Carlo. Integration of methodology of the determined management of competitiveness and techniques of stochastic approach in uniform system reduces uncertainty of process and, thus, minimizes planned financial expenses. Competitive management as the main factor of ensuring efficiency of activity of the enterprise, in modern conditions is possible in combination with methodology of "the budget focused on result".
